30’ Span wall removal and replaced with LVL Beam

5674 N. Scottsdale Rd, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253
New 16’ opening for a sliding door supporting CMU wall. Wide Flange beam was designed to limit deflection. The new steel beam was supported with a new HSS post on one side and with fully grouted CMU column at the other end.

Existing ceiling of a community church was raised by 2’. Existing roof trusses were reanalyzed and reinforced for the new ceiling height.
